AC Milan are negotiating a new contract with captain Alessio Romagnoli, eschewing agent Mino Raiola, who is now still facing each other.

Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Milan are negotiating a new contract with Romagnoli alone, without the player’s agent Raiola. It is still grieving from the case of Gianluigi Donna Rumma, whose contract expired during the past summer.

Raiola is seen as the one behind Donnarumma’s huge demands for wages beyond what Milan can offer. As well as pushing the Italy goalkeeper to a hefty transfer to Paris Saint-Germain. T-Germain this season

Romagnoli’s contract expires at the end of the season. With Milan insisting the defender cannot afford the same €6m per year wages.  By offering only 3.5 million euros per year while the players request at least 4.5 million euros per year. And willing to renew the contract with the Red Devils without problems.

The central midfielder has been very good and showed power and maturity last season. Naturally, thanks to his improvements, he has grabbed the attention of big clubs, such as PSG and Manchester United, reportedly.

According to the news shared by Gianluca Di Marzio, AC Milan management want to keep Franck Kessié and have already made an important offer to keep their star happy at the club. However, renewal talks are not ongoing right now. Everything is in standby mode.
